Plain-language privacy.

The short version: we try to keep this simple. We use a small set of analytics tools to understand how people use the site. We don't sell data.

What we use

• PostHog: product analytics. Pageviews, clicks, funnel timing. Loads only after you click Accept.
• Microsoft Clarity: session replay to help us fix broken flows. Loads by default as a first-party diagnostic.
• Customer.io: if you give us an email (e.g. via the contact form), we store it so we can send you what you asked for.
• Meta Pixel / LinkedIn Insight: only when we're running paid ads. Loads only after you click Accept.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't track you across other sites. The Meta / LinkedIn pixels above are for ad attribution only, and only fire with consent.
• We don't use dark-pattern consent. Accept and Only what's needed are equal-weight buttons.

Your controls

• Reset consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for shoperators.ai.
• Request deletion of anything we have tied to your email by writing to joe@shoperators.ai.

This is a Phase 1 privacy page. We'll replace it with a longer legal version if and when a client or regulator asks us to. The plain-language version is the source of truth for how the site actually behaves.
