We're not an agency.
Agencies sell retainers and deliver junior talent. We're senior operators who own outcomes. The difference matters when it's your revenue on the line.
Shoperators started because we kept seeing the same problem. DTC brands stuck between agencies that don't care enough and full-time hires they can't yet afford. They need someone who operates, not someone who advises from the sidelines.
What we believe
Accuracy over speed
We verify data, we don't guess. Every recommendation ties to revenue, efficiency, or risk reduction.
Outcomes over activity
We don't measure success in hours worked or deliverables shipped. Did revenue go up? Did the problem get solved?
AI amplifies, humans decide
AI handles data processing, pattern recognition, and routine analysis. Humans handle strategy, relationships, and the calls that matter.
Receipts matter
Every assertion backed by data, benchmarks, or documented best practices. We show our work.
